My experience at Herbal One has been life changing. There’s noting better than waking up in the morning excited to pick out an outfit. and not be afraid or worrying how you’re going to hide your body that day. After being overweight all throughout my adolescence, it is amazing to feel this way, healthy, glowing and excited about life. I’ve learned not only how to manage and lose weight but how to do it by eating foods I love. After watching my nana struggle with her weight and health and losing her I decided to change my life the right way. I called Herbal one and started this journey the next day. I’ve lost 25 lbs and I can’t wait to finally start my life!
