I lead a very busy life as a radio sales representative, a father of three young children and as a dedicated volunteer in my community. It was important for me to develop a healthy lifestyle as an example to my kids, in order to enjoy many years of fun activities and adventures with them. I’ve been overweight in varying degrees for most of my adult life and have never been successful at losing the weight I wanted. Changing my lifestyle with the help of the exceptional staff at Herbal One has given me the energy, both physically and mentally, to be successful.
