4 Tasty Foods with Magnesium for Weight Loss

- Avocados – Is there anything that avocados don’t do for your health? But the staple ingredient of your favourite guac gives you a good shot of magnesium too.
- Dark Chocolate – There you go. It’s not just prunes and nuts! Just one ounce of 70% dark chocolate delivers 15% of your recommended daily intake of magnesium. Add it to natural trail mix for a particularly tasty, filling and healthy snack.
