Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a great nighttime snack as it provides many sleep benefits. Not only is it delicious, but it helps your brain produce melatonin, which makes you tired. Your cravings will be satisfied and you will fall asleep easily if you choose oatmeal as a healthy midnight snack.

Hard-Boiled Egg
