How To Lose Weight By Not Focusing On Weight Loss

Exclusively counting calories and pounds in an effort to see a magic number on a scale doesn’t work for one more reason in addition to the ones listed above.   • Eat more vegetables and fruit

  • Get more exercise
  • Get a good night’s sleep
