Our COVID-19 Business Update

To our Herbal One family,

As we do our best to navigate through these uncertain times, we have the overall health and well-being of our community, clients, and employees top of mind. In response to COVID-19 and as a responsibility to the safety of our clients, we have temporarily closed all Herbal One locations across Canada.  

While our storefronts are closed, we are still very active!

Making the shift to virtual consultations, our amazing staff continues to advise, direct, and support all of our clients and their programs with regular video calls and touchpoints. We are taking social distancing very seriously, with the understanding that this is the time our bodies need to re-align and stay at their optimal health. Online programs have been designed for new clients with one-on-one consultations and continued guidance – the same as they would have been in-store, except virtual!

All orders are processed, handled, and shipped with stringent protocols following meticulous health and sanitization guidelines.  Where possible, we are personally delivering orders with a no-contact drop-off. Our focus is on ensuring we do our part in preserving the health of our clients and our team, and doing what we can to alleviate the effects of this global pandemic.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions and we’d be more than happy to assist you in any way.  We will update accordingly with any news from our local government and health authorities.
