4 Easy Ways to Support Weight Loss & Improve Your Health

  2. Disguise Your Snacks – Even if you workout and eat a healthy diet, poor snacking habits can ruin it all. The packing of processed snack foods, like potato chips and candy, is among the most colourful and enticing of any in the grocery store. So, when you’re hungry and open the cupboard, they’re hard to resist. Try putting your snack foods in Tupperware containers when you bring them home. 
  3. Rearrange Your Fridge – Cornell University researchers also found that, by placing healthy fruits and vegetables at eye level in your fridge, and moving unhealthy treats to the back of drawers, you can increase the amount of healthy produce you eat by 67%. 
  4. Sleep Well – Many study results underline the importance of getting a good night’s sleep to help your body and mind recharge so they can better deal with the everyday stresses that can lead to overeating. Make sure your bedroom is as dark as possible, turn off your phone and other electronics (try an old-fashioned alarm clock!) and try to calm yourself before bedtime to improve your chance of getting the rest you need.
